- Product
availability:
- Most
items are shipped directly from stock for a 3-4 day delivery
to the customer. This is not a guarantee of delivery due to
circumstances involving stock position at time of order or
carrier transportation problems or delays. Minimum orders
for direct shipments must be $150.00. Orders less than minimum
require 7-10 additional days plus an additional handling fee
of $10.00.
- Terms
& Conditions: Net 30 with approved credit, VISA, Master
card, American Express and bank transfers are accepted.

Most items are shipped from our international warehouse directly
to the customer by air freight at special reduced air freight
rates. Returns are therefore subject to a maximum 20% restocking
charge which applies to all goods returned. Note: (All tools
returned must be NEW and must be in original package and in
original resalable condition... no exceptions). Items returned
for credit are subject to inspection and we reserve the right
to refuse items based upon inspection. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. Special orders and stock code items greater
than #1 are not returnable.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are FOB Factory and will be billed upon shipping.
- New
Product Warranty:
- To
the original use purchaser.. products are warranted to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal
use and proper service for a period of one year from the original
ship date. All products that are claimed to be defective shall
be returned (freight prepaid) with adequate proof of purchase
and description of defect. If the operation of the product
is found to be due to abnormal use or improper service (including
unauthorized modification or parts usage), such repair or
replacement shall be performed at normal service charges to
the customer.
- Disclaimer:
- Except
as provided above, we make no warranty, expressed or implied
and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose which exceeds the foregoing warranty
is hereby disclaimed and excluded from any agreement made
by acceptance of any order pursuant to this offer.
- Limitation
of liability:
- In
no event shall Lou Zampini & Associates be liable for
special. indirect, incidental or consequential damages, however
arising. Maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the
contract price for the products claimed to be defective or
unsuitable. All causes of action against Lou Zampini &
Associates and Chicago Pneumatic arising out of this agreement
shall expire unless brought within one year of accrual thereof.
