Please be sure to include
all of your contact information (company name, phone,
fax, address, etc) and a brief description of the
problem you are having with your tool. Be sure to
indicate if there is a rush required. Once we receive
the tool, we will evaluate it and send you an estimate
for the repair cost as well as the lead time on
your repair. If appropriate, we will also quote
a replacement for your tool. If you choose
not to have your tool repaired, you will simply
be charged an $85 evaluation fee. If you
